All Wyndham Vacation Resorts Steamboat Springs units have a full kitchen, flat-screen TV, DVD player, fireplace, air conditioning, washer & dryer, phone, free high-speed internet, and balcony. 1BR units Max OCC 4: have a king bed and a sleep sofa. 2BR units Max OCC 6: have 2 baths, a king bed, 2 twin beds, and a sleep sofa. 3BR units Max OCC 8: have 2 baths, a king bed, queen bed, 2 twin beds & a sleep sofa. Maximum occupancy is enforced. Units are non-smoking. Pets are not allowed. Check-in is 4PM & check-out is 10AM. A fee is charged if checking out after 10 AM on your scheduled departure date. You must be at least 21 with a photo ID to check in. A credit card deposit is required.
